Extremely disappointing experience. I rented a vehicle from this company for approximately 24 hours. During the entire rental period, their own Bosch smoke detection system recorded no smoking events. However, they later charged me USD 450.18 based on a single 2-minute and 32-second sensor event that occurred at their own location during the vehicle return process. According to the timestamp in their own report, I was inside the office completing the return while the vehicle was already being handled by their staff. Despite this, they held me responsible. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and would strongly encourage anyone considering renting from them

Agence très médiocre à Miami, attente longue et personnel incompétent. Réservation perdue malgré qu elle soit prépayée et enfin retrouvée après 45 minutes d attente, sauf qu il y avait un supplement de 300€ à payer sur place. Leurs conditions générales de vente ne sont pas les mêmes sur le site et au guichet. Il ne s agit pas d une agence mais d une grosse supercherie. JAMAIS plus

If I could leave no stars I would secondly Priceline should be ashamed of association with this company They Steal everyone money it seems there not accredited with the BBB anyway no deposit return lets see how they like when The ICE AGENTS come raid and clear them out That’s!! A Promise!!!

Nice and clean cars..all cars are 2025 and 2026..

I would not recommend. I booked with Routes in Tampa Florida and not certain how I ended up with One Switch. The also affiliate with Stride Rent A Car as that was the name on my contract. Despite following all the terms and presenting the hard copy of insurance declaration page from Farmers with adequate coverage, I had to play less make a deal on some other fees including the security deposit. To their credit, my final bill seems to be three dollars less than I was supposed to pay, but I am still waiting for the return of the $500 deposit they took from my credit card. My rental ended 6/14/2025. Today is 7/17/2025. I called One Switch and they reminded me of the contract I signed that says the deposit is held for 30 business days. I should have it returned after July 25, 2025.

HORRIBLE. THEY ARE CHARGING ME FOR NO REASON.

Whatch the employee's very shady business. I told the desk employee that I have rental insurance on my car insurance and on my credit card I was paying with and did not want to pay for the additional rental insurance. He told me I was all set, then when signing the documents I could see he included the insurance in and once again I told him I did not want the insurance as I already have coverage between my car insurance and Credit Card, he said he could see my credit card had it and we couldn’t move forward with out that so I was all set. He told me that was already included in the amount that I already paid and didn’t need to worry about it. After the transaction I asked him for a receipt and he told me he didn’t have one for me that the person who would be giving me the keys outside would provide it to me which I thought was weird where he was at the desk and he just took my credit card to pay. When receiving the slip with the keys from the outside employee and I could see he included the rental insurance for an additional amount, I went into to the office and asked him why he included it. He told me that my credit card didn’t cover the insurance, I asked him why he confirmed that it did earlier and pulled up my credit card to show him that service is included. At this point he told me he would remove the insurance but if he did he was going to decline to rent me a car. He was literally strong arming me where I was 8 dates away from home sitting in his office with all of my luggage knowing I needed and expected to have this rental. I caught this guy lying to me several times then he threatened to cancel my reservations when addressing him for his shady activity, this was such an awful experience

Always trying to upsell. Sold us a month of SunPass for $376 which I don't think we needed. Tried charging for insurance but we brought our insurance certificates, After returning car we calculating a very confusing bill and found we were overcharged $55.
