Our Experience
It took 10 days for our rental text book to arrive. I was a little surprised by this since books we rented from other places came in 3 or 4 days. When I went back and checked it does say standard shipping is 7-10 days or I could have paid extra for expedited shipping. Also the book came without the needed code to access the online information and resources he needed so we ended up paying an additional $40 online to get that access.

I wanted to cancel my order right after I ordered my book. I figured I got the wrong textbook for my class. I emailed them within 3 minutes of my order to cancel my order, and they ignored my email and sent the book anyway so now I have to rush my book back and pay for shipping and handling to get a refund on my book. Worst experience, would not recommend.

not trustworthy
will not do business with you.Rented book for $25.20 and you went ahead and charged my C/C even after telling me that the rental was unavailable. Wow.... Your reversed the charge as 25.19 ???? what happened???? . Then searched for the same book and now rental was available for 35+++++ bucks???? Will not advise others to buy here.... Customer service?????No live people just automated run around.

Received the wrong book from Rentbooks.com!!
I rented 3 college books for my son, it took forever for my son to receive them at his college. I had them shipped directly to him. Once he received them, he found that they had shipped him a book that I didn't even order! This was in place of a book I did order. I ordered him a writing book and they sent him an Ecology book. They are not even close in description, not to mention, the packing slip that came with the order actually had the book I ordered on it. Needless to say he now doesn't have one of the books he actually needs!
