I got my book pretty fast and it was new, I was not expecting that, the price was great and I have been getting notifications about my return time so I am sure I will not have problems to returned on time, I will for sure use this company again

Delay in Delivery
I ordered on Monday and paid for expedited delivery and then watched delivery status show that package had been prepared very quickly but then it sat with no activity from Monday until Friday, with the result that it arrived on the 7th day after order. Technically within the "up to 5 business days" but nevertheless aggravating because I could have used it earlier and it clearly could have been shipped (and arrived) much earlier than it did. I believe that you deliberately slowed the shipment because I didn't order the most expensive delivery option.

Never again.
Spent more for expedited shipping and book still hasn't arrive. Classe starts Monday. Won't have my book on time even though I ordered it 11 days before start date.
