Rentbooks had a set of books that was advertised on another site 'on sale', yet they had no stock. I purchased from rentbooks and even with expedited shipping, the cost was less than the original 'sale' price. Very quick shipping, well packaged and a delight to receive.

I ordered a textbook, was not a problem if it was used--some writing inside, bent pages, etc. would have been fine. The book was missing all of Chapter 5 , which will be a problem for the next assignment and I am thinking that I will probably just return the book and go buy another book. Also, I requested Expedited shipping, but got Standard shipping so we did get the book luckily in 5 days, but that was the day my daughter's assignment was due, so we barely made it! I did send a message and got a quick response, so that was awesome. They are refunding the extra shipping cost and that is very much appreciated. Overall, not a good experience😕

I apologize that the book was missing pages. Our records show that a full refund has been processed per the email sent earlier. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to post back.

I am freaking out because classes started Monday and it is now Wednesday. The last 2 semesters my books came to me "lickity split", but this 3rd time I am WAITING. Because these summer classes are only 8 weeks I have zero time to spare. I have 6 essays written that I cannot turn in because I am positive there will be quiz questions from the reading that will accompany it!!!

The price of the book was fabulous and I love that I can rent a book and easily send it back. Maybe I'm spoiled by Amazon prime but I paid for faster shipping and faster meant within 3-5 business days. Amazon can deliver in 2, and the only reason I didn't use Amazon was because they didn't have the version of the book I need for my class.

Paid for the 3-5 day shipping and got 7-10 day shipping. Apparently they give you whatever shipping they want regardless of what you pay. Never renting from here again.

They have not come, the tracking number is not valid and I do not know where my textbooks are.

Our records show that this order shipped on 05/30/2016 via standard (FedEx Smart Post) which normally takes 7-10 business days. Tracking (https://www.fedex.com/apps/fedextrack/?action=track&language=english&cntry_code=us&tracknumbers=9611915287751094914557) indicates that the order was delivered within the standard estimate.

Ordered a NEW, current edition, textbook that was described as "exactly the same as the student edition." I knew I was ordering a teacher edition but description did not say MindTab access code is NOT included. The student edition has a MindTab (online resources) access code, so this product is not "exactly" the same (I discovered after waiting 1 1/2 weeks for arrival). If MindTap detail was made clear in the description I could have selected differently. MindTap access as a separate purchase is a whopping $80.

I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. Our records show that the ISBN ordered was for the textbook only. This listing was not for the packaged edition (which contains supplemental items such as the access code). You are welcome to return the book back for a refund if desired.

It took over a week to receive items, tracking info is not available on their site, return labels are not provided as promised.
