We worked with Matt Escobar when considering a wide range of options to remodel our home. Matt was amazing. He took all the time we needed to explain different loan options to us to make sure that we got the best product for our project. Matt was always very responsive even as our situation unexpectedly changed. When we have future loan needs, I know that Matt is the person I want to work with.

I stumbled onto Renofi while doing research into the types of loan would be available for me to renovate my kitchen. The website was easy to use and everyone that I interacted with through email or phone was very helpful and informative. Ryan and Jess did a great job explaining the different loans available and keeping me updated on the process.

Our experience to date has been fantastic. We are fully funded at a post renovation valuation which we never would have gotten elsewhere. The process was quick with the only small issue being a signed contract for the rennovation which is a bit of chicken and egg because we needed to know we had the financing to determine what we could actually do. All in all a great experience though we haven’t actually started building yet.

We had a great experience with renofi. Marc was knowledgeable about the products offered and provided support throughout the process. We were right within the time expectations provided at the start of the process. I would recommend working with renofi to others that are similarly trying to accomplish financing for a large renovation project.
