Thank you so much for your feedback. It is absolutely true that we have some unique challenges specific to your state relative to pharmacy resources. While we have more than one pharmacy resource in most states, at this time we only have one in your state of residence---and that particular pharmacy has longer lead times than we would like. We continue to work with that pharmacy to shorten its ship times; and we are also working to cultivate an additional pharmacy resource for your state. In the meantime, your patience is greatly appreciated, and please know that we're actively working to resolve this issue.

Thanks much for your feedback. Please bear with us, as we feel your concern warrants a detailed response. While it looks like your first two orders were dispensed in a timely fashion by the pharmacy, we can see that those two packages were in transit for quite a while. Because you used a PO Box as a mailing address, the pharmacy had no choice but to ship using USPS as the carrier. Unfortunately, the postal service can take significantly longer than FedEx or UPS to deliver. It looks like you did use your home address for your third order, and as a consequence the pharmacy was able to use FedEx as the carrier (which means the order spent a reasonable amount of time in transit). However, in this particular instance, shipping was delayed due to the hurricane that happened around that time (which impacted everyone nationwide). In other words, it appears that we had a string of unfortunate luck/circumstances that impacted these orders. Please know that this is in no way typical, and things should go more smoothly moving forward.
