The purse I bought was what was pictured in the listing. However, the listing should've mentioned that there's something not quite right with the clasp. It's covered in a material that's peeling off. Still functional, but should've been pointed out. Pretty fast shipping. The shipping box was at least 3 times as big as the purse though. I was worried it wasn't what I ordered, but it was.

The bluetooth headset worked fine. It was however missing the wire clips and speaker protectors. The products was listed as an open box and these items are build in the standard product. I upgraded my rating because Renewgoo "would be happy to refund you for your order as a courtesy" or a credit to purchase another product of theirs. They also updated this product description to reflect the matter.

The book arrived in good condition, it just took a little longer than Amazon.

I know I came at a time that there’s slot going on and you were still setting up but my experience was still hood . I was able to find what I wanted and purchase it at a great price . I will return again .

I was initially quite upset as the ordered float arrived with a hole in it rendering it useless. However, the company responded promptly to the review and replaced the float quickly with an undamaged one. That is good customer service.
