All is damage I need my money back

UPDATE: the company response is that I "chose" an upgraded shipping option that was mandatorily added on at checkout. I was advertised free shipping, was charged for shipping, had my order canceled in transit, and Champ Kay at renewgoo emailed that it is a PRIVILEGE to buy from them after I confronted them about it. What a joke of website. They advertised free shipping when signing up your phone number for a promo code of 10% off and free shipping. On the actual item page there was another claim of free shipping directly below the item price. There was never a disclaimer about exclusions or restrictions, so when I was still charged for shipping I brought it to customer service. They spent three days saying that I should be happy with 10% off and that shipping was expensive rather than acknowledging the screenshots I supplied showing where they promised free shipping and then charged me for shipping. After trying to deceive me by offering another 10% off coupon for a future order (which they offer up freely already through their promo texts once you sign up), they tried offering me a future store credit. This took three days of defensiveness and deceptiveness. I do not want to give you more business. When I said I was not satisfied with that solution they had UPS cancel the shipment, which was in transit. They did not notify me they were doing this. What a sham of a petty, spoiled, entitled company that advertises clearly and explicitly free shipping, charges for shipping, makes excuses, then cancels your order in the middle of it being shipped (without notice) to avoid apologizing for deceptive practices and refunding what they owed. I hope your petty "customer sevice" rep (Champ Kay was supposedly the name of the person) is worth losing the entirety of the sale, the negative reviews, and ironically the entire cost of shipping as well. All you had to do was provide the customer service of refunding a charge for shipping you advertised you wouldn't charge in the first place.

After attempting to pick up my order 4 times just to be told they couldn't locate it, I finally was forced to cancel the order before being charged a "restocking fee". It's unbelievable to me that they have no system there other than to manually search for an order instead of tracking it on a computer or any other device.

I have been waiting 10 days for my book that was promised within 2 days. Have sent an email I hope I receive a response. Wish I would of just ordered on Amazon Prime.

Expected something else

Shipping info says the item was delivered, but I have not received it.

As far as quality goes I would give it 5⭐️. Sizing is an entirely different thing! I ordered a size large for my calf (tore muscle and tendons) in hopes that it would work as well as it’s claims. Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to try it out due to the fact that the large size was more like an x-small! I get that it is designed that be snug but this large size wouldn’t even fit my forearm. I suggest calling before buying and getting much needed advice on sizing. Other than sizing issue the product is well designed and would appear to get the job done with the proper fit.

I sent an email asking to send me a return label for my order since April 14and until now I haven’t receive any return label. Nor response.
