Ordered new fitbit alta charger. Item defective. Was given refund and emailed that product removed from shelves. The refund part and customer response rates high, but the defective item rates low.

Everything is ok.....but if the picture of what I ordered was clearer I would have ordered what I actually wanted. I was looking for a different style, not what is classified as a sleeve. I will be using the one I got, but will continue to look for the one I want.

The product arrived quickly, but it was was not “new open box,” as described. While it was in great condition, it clearly belonged to someone else before me. The google Assisstant smart speaker was already linked to two other individual’s google home accounts. I had to do a hard reset on the device in order to clear the accounts. I think the speaker initially sent these other accounts a request for permission. On the flip-side, if a hard reset had been done at the warehouse, I would have thought the device was brand new.

I signed into your web page to get the offered 15% discount as new customer, I never got the discount even thou I asked for it on a separate emal to your company. Your communications with clients could use some improvement. Your delivery was excellent and your price was good.

Order was packaged well and arrived timely. Product inside the original packaging was dried up and unusable. More then likely expired. Owner may not have known. Will not order again
