This is my first purchase with your company and will be my last. This blanket is a knock off of the Berkshire velvet blanket. You falsely advertised your product. The blanket is half the quality of a Berkshire blanket. I would not have wasted my money on a knockoff. People aren't stupid. Stop trying to take advantage of them with your false product information.
Response from RenewgooAug 31, 2020
I'm very surprised to hear you claim about this blanket. These were actually sourced from an overstock purchase we made from Macy's and we have not previously had any complaints on these units. I highly doubt that Macy's is peddling fake Berkshire blankets to us. Please do not make false accusations or claims as we take our sourcing very seriously and only carry authentic products. We will reach out to you to assist.
