Great price and delivery was fast

I highly recommend shopping with Renewgoo. I had an experience with them that proved customer satisfaction is top priority for them. We purchased a Victrola suitcase style record player from Renewgoo. The product was shipped in a prompt fashion. The product arrived, and it is exactly what we were hoping for! However, upon arrival, we discovered that there was a piece missing. The piece is necessary to play 45 size records. They stayed in excellent communication to try to resolve this issue, and when they couldn't locate a solution from their inventory, they honorably reimbursed the cost of purchasing one from a third party. I couldn't be more happy to offer this highly deserved 5 star rating! Thank you Renewgoo!
