Price was good but when the wrap came, it had a sticky note in the flyer saying "Damaged Needs new ________". Couldn't read all the sticky because it had been exposed to moisture. The product itself seems okay but it does raise questions.

It was a mess all together. I ordered a Kitchenaid Mixer and paid for Expedited shipping. I received the email saying it had shipped. When I checked the tracking it said the label was created but never shipped. So first they refunded my expedited payment. Then they said they refunded my payment because two weeks later and it still had not shipped. Took almost two weeks for me to get my money back. Would not recommend. ONly reason I give two stars is because the woman I spoke with was very nice.

The items arrived on time but I wanted to return an item and had trouble. Ended up not getting to return it at all.
