Payroll is accurate, but errors are handled unilaterally and only by email. Lack of mobile digital tools.
My experience with RemotePeople has been average: the service works, but there are important areas to improve. Salaries are processed correctly, but customer care is slow to respond. When mistakes happen, such as missed enrolments, the recovery of the money is decided unilaterally by them, for example by postponing some recoveries by 12 months, without any prior discussion. There is no direct contact. The relationship is cold and takes place almost exclusively by email, with no point person who follows the case. An app is missing, and for me today it would be a game changer. It should also allow users to enter reimbursements, a feature that would make day-to-day management much easier. With faster response times, more dialogue on corrections, and proper digital tools, the service could take a real step up

Thank you, Marco, We’re sorry that the slow responses and lack of a consistent point of contact have made the experience feel impersonal. Your concerns about missed enrolments and recovery arrangements being communicated without prior discussion deserve clear explanations. We understand why you would want to discuss any proposed correction, its timing and its impact before it is implemented. Please contact [email protected] to ask for clarification of the enrolment issue and the recovery arrangements described in your review. We also recognise your request for mobile access and an easier way to submit reimbursements. Thank you for acknowledging accurate salary processing while explaining where communication and day-to-day tools have fallen short for you. The RemotePeople Team
