On-boarding was disorganized and my pay…
The experience since on-boarding has been disorganized. My pay was not correct for a long time and they had to arrange back pay which was not resolved correctly the first few attempts resulting in more confusion. The calculations never seemed to make sense either. There wasn’t clarity over how things were calculated and no evidence or explanation made sense. There was a ton of back and forth on a simple salary adjustment and I was owed back pay for months. To be honest, I’m still not 100% certain that the calculations were squared and I am indeed paid what I am supposed to be, but it’s too much time and a burden to reopen the issue and not have a satisfactory explanation. Also, my expenses in the system did not have an approver and those became delayed for a long time after an expensive business trip. All around it’s been really disorganized. Staff are fine in interactions but it’s a volume business that is fragmented and not vertically integrated so first line of service doesn’t answer payroll questions and things take a long time to get resolved. They also asked me to complete this survey and offered compensation for posting. I’m posting anonymously for real experience.

Hi Rain, We’re sorry for the repeated back-and-forth over your pay and delayed expense approvals. Unclear calculations and unresolved questions understandably undermine confidence.
