I regret now for renewing my subscription. I will not renew it when the time comes. I have 1 GB download speed Ethernet connection and a very fast desktop, but RemotePC is still slow to connect, and when finally connected, it disconnects. Also, it will not retain the title I assign to the remote pc.

Did not work at all. The session never connected with the remote computer. Contacted their support chat and they were no help either. Lost the client.

Doesn't work with Samsung devices. Connection speed is pretty good, but can't control anything (even if you enable the accessibility options). Support are hopeless and don't understand the issue. They just send you around and around in circles until you eventually give up. It worked fine on an older basic Oppo mobile. In fact it prompted to take me to settings to enable the accessibility features. Just flat out doesn't work on Samsung mobiles. View access only is all you get.

Exactly like others have mentioned - trying to steal your money. I have cancelled the subscription long before the license expired - they have still tried to take the payment. I was lucky that I have moved and they didn't have my new address to update the credit card. One word - scam.

Avoid !!!! Scam company deliberately setting out to defraud. Received a notification informing me my subscription would auto-renew in 14 days which I cancelled prior to renewal, despite this they Auto renewed and when logged back in the Auto renewal was back, I repeated this process and each time it reset this is BLATANT FRAUD.

Cancelled auto renewal and they are still charging my card. Bunch of scammers and getting reported to the FTC.

The product is basic and works ok at times... Customer support... there is no support. they lie and do nothing... Stay away from using this product, nothing but a headache.

Total garbage. Sometimes it works sometimes it won't... always disconnects or freezes. Billing is a nightmare and customer support is no help at all.
