Great team. Easy to manage service

This was my first experience using a VA service, and RemotelyX has made it a really positive one. They provided several strong candidates quickly, which made finding the right fit easy. I've now been working with my VA for about a month and couldn't be happier. She's already taken on some important tasks (that I was neglecting), and working with her has been a fantastic experience. Communication with the RemotelyX team has been smooth and responsive throughout. Overall, a great experience, and I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable VA.

I’ve worked with a handful of other recruiting companies in the past and the experience and talent was sub par. Thankfully I have Remotely X a try, I haven’t been happier since! Since trying them out a few months ago, we’ve happily recruited and kept 8 employees. That should say it all… Their process from start to finish, their talent, their communication. Is second to none! HIGHLY recommend

I have had a great experience with RemotelyX and their team. The talent that we have gotten with their help has been extremely talented, resourceful and driven to work hard. As the one responsible for our remote team which we plan to expand, I would say that it is important to keep in mind that individuals are people too and they will need to be invested in just like any other new hire ; if you are looking for a robot that you can dish out unwanted work to then i would say that this is not the product you are looking for. What RemotleyX has to offer is highly skilled people that care deeply about your company and the role they have within it.

The hiring process and the team we got was exceptional. I would recommend remotelyX to anyone looking for VA or remote worker. If anything, read buy back your time and you will see why you need to contact them ASAP.

The whole team at RemotelyX is great. It's obvious they care so much about the hires they help place. They are always on top of it, very active when communicating, and always checking in to make sure everything is alright. We trusted them with our first ever hire... GREAT Choice!

I hired RemotelyX to help me find an important role for my marketing agency. It's a position I've had so much trouble filling for months and months After 2 weeks they helped me find the absolute best person for the job. Someone who I would not have been able to find myself Everything is white glove service, all done for you, just need to interview the candidates and make a selection Highly recommend if you're looking for help filling positions

For anyone looking to hire a Media Buyer through RemotelyX here is my experience with them.. In the initial sales call they really hyped up the type of talent they're able to scout, and after asking me questions about what type of candidate we need for this role, they then assured me it would be no problem what so ever, then told me the typical expected salary for this type of position which was well within the budget. Once we started working together to find the right candidate, immediately they suggested I raise my monthly salary rate by a minimum of $500/month, which i didn't have much of an issue with since it was still within budget Now came the part where we started to receive a list of potential candidates. They provided me with batches with typically 3 - 5 candidates. I did like that with each one was their resume, personality assessment, and loom video. Right off the bat, about 80% of the candidates loom videos are just them reading what seems to be a ChatGPT response to a prompt that was likely prompted with the job description. We had a few interviews, and most of the candidates seemed very under-qualified with little to no experience in the US market, and expressed a lack of hands on knowledge as performance driven media buyers. We ended up taking a chance with one who we felt was the most qualified candidate (even though he didn't meet 60% of preferred skills and experience on the job description) But after 2 days, he ended up quitting because he realized he would not be able to have this full-time job and be a full-time student. So that was immediately a huge issue, because we trusted RemotelyX to vette the candidate before hand and make sure they wouldn't have anything conflicting with this position. After this we proceeded to try to find a replacement which is when they recommended I raise the minimum starting salary by another $500 - $1,000/month Just like last time I agreed to do it, in hopes they would provide higher quality candidates. But after a couple more batches, it was clear that what they said they would be able to accomplish by finding the right person for this position, wasn't going to happen. Because we continued to get under qualified candidates, that were not close to standard. During this process I tried to also manually scout some talent for this role from different sources, and was able to find a Media Buyer to fill this role by my own effort. When I told them this wasn't going to work out, and that we found someone elsewhere. They did not release a full refund (only partial; even though in the first call he mentioned to me that he's so confident they will find someone for me, that if they don't they will refund me. So just keep in mind when they say that, it does not mean full refund.) Additionally I want to add that we were looking for a media buyer with experience in Meta, TikTok, GHL, and Copywriting. And the 2 media buyers we tried to hire; but didn't work out, only had experience in 1 or 2 of those. So we had to compromise a lot and even then still not receive anyone capable on taking on this role. (Comment Reply): The team assured me if they wouldn't find anyone for me I'd receive a refund, so I did not expect it to be a partial refund. Which is why when they told me it is, I requested just a little more of my investment back to cover my loses, and in return for the good customer service I would leave a positive review. Since they said no, this current review reflects my my experience. And yes, just authorizing a greater refund would have drastically improved the experience overall. But them rejecting that was a good reflection of how my experience was working with the team.

Hi Edward, We value every client’s feedback, but we cannot agree with the integrity of this review. For transparency, below are the Slack messages of our last conversation (since I can't add a screenshot here) where you asked us to provide a higher refund in exchange for a fake five star review, which we declined out of integrity. In your case, we sourced a high-level talent above your original budget and supported you for two months. When you decided to part ways, we offered a refund even though our contract clearly states we do not provide refunds. We did this at a loss to ensure a positive customer experience. It’s disappointing to see a false review after the efforts we made, but we stand by our service, our integrity, and our clients’ long-term success. RemotelyX Team Transcript: Jad Jomaa 6:10 PM No problem, we’ll refund you partially by end of day. Jad Jomaa 8:22 PM We’ve initiated a partial refund of $2,000 from the original $3,000, retaining a portion to cover our sourcing efforts, administrative fees, and related costs. As a policy, we typically do not offer refunds, especially since we're fully committed to continuing the sourcing process until the right candidate is found. However, given that you secured a hire independently, we’ve made an exception in this case. Edward Mishchuk 8:34 PM I appreciate it. And this might sound petty, but could we authorize an additional $250 refund (for budgeting purposes) In return I will leave a 5 star review on TrustPilot if we can do that Thanks Jad Jomaa 9:49 PM Hey Edward, appreciate your message. We can’t really do that though. We prefer to keep all the reviews on our site honest and real, so we don’t do paid reviews. Seems like this role just wasn’t the right fit. We’ve placed a lot of media buyers before, but the copywriting part made it trickier as it's a bit rare to have someone do both here. That said, we really appreciate working with you, and we’ll definitely factor in the refund for future hires. Hopefully, we’ll get to work together again on something that’s a better match. Edward Mishchuk 9:55 PM I assure you it wouldn't be a fake review lol But okay:+1:
