RemotelyX completely ignored our hiring…
RemotelyX completely ignored our hiring requirements and is now trying to squeeze more money out of us. We clearly stated we operate a 6-day workweek in Dubai and gave our maximum salary budget. They completely messed up the coordination, gave us a candidate who can only work 5 days, and are now demanding we increase the salary to fix their mistake. We aren't paying a single dirham extra. To top it off, the "experienced" person they found has zero sales experience, can't use a CRM, and is completely fresh. Disorganized communication, too many points of contact, and a massive waste of a week

This review does not accurately reflect what happened. First, we did not force a candidate into your company. Our recruitment process gives every client full control over the hiring decision. You reviewed the candidates, interviewed them, and decided who to hire. In fact, after your very first interview with this candidate, you told us how much you liked him and decided to hire him immediately. You chose not to continue interviewing the remaining shortlisted candidates or conduct any additional assessments, despite those options being available. We have documented records of your feedback and your decision to proceed. Your claim that the candidate was inexperienced is therefore difficult to reconcile with your own hiring decision. You had every opportunity to assess his sales experience, CRM knowledge, and overall suitability before making an offer, and you chose to move forward after the first interview. Regarding the work schedule, our standard placements are based on a Monday-to-Friday workweek, and this was communicated during both the sales and onboarding process. Toward the very end of the onboarding call, a six-day schedule was mentioned. Unfortunately, that detail was not carried through internally. As soon as the issue came to light, we followed the process outlined in our agreement and offered to replace the employee. You declined that option and specifically instructed us not to replace Rawad because you wanted to give him another chance. We have documented records of this conversation. It is also incorrect to state that we were trying to "squeeze more money" out of you. No one demanded additional payment. The only discussion around compensation arose because you requested that the employee work an additional day each week beyond the agreed Monday-to-Friday schedule. Asking an employee to work an extra day is a change to the agreed working conditions, and it is standard employment practice for additional work to be fairly compensated. This was not an attempt to charge you more for our services—it was simply about fairly compensating an employee for additional working time. It is also important to address the statements attributed to the contractor. You reported that he had made comments which, if true, would have been entirely unacceptable. We took those allegations seriously and immediately investigated the matter, including considering terminating his contract. After speaking with the contractor and reviewing the available communications, we found no evidence that those statements had ever been made. When we informed you that we were investigating the matter and prepared to take action if necessary, you then asked us not to proceed with any action against him. What is particularly disappointing is that, after we sent you a detailed response addressing each of your concerns and outlining the available solutions, you chose not to respond to any of those points. Instead of continuing the conversation, arranging a call, or working toward a resolution, you ignored our response and proceeded to publish this review. Throughout this process, several of your communications with our team were unprofessional in tone, yet we continued to respond respectfully and professionally. It is also worth noting that, despite the concerns now expressed in this review, you were satisfied enough with our service at the time to proceed with purchasing a second hire. That decision speaks for itself and is difficult to reconcile with the picture this review attempts to paint. We believe it is important for prospective clients to consider the complete timeline of events rather than only the allegations made after the fact.
