Based on my experience, I strongly advise against using this outsourcing firm. Despite having a decade of experience working with similar agencies, this company's practices were exceptionally poor. Key issues included: * Poor Candidate Vetting: The firm does not adequately vet its applicants. We were promised candidates with specific skills, but the individuals provided either lacked these basic, required skills or failed to show up. * Deceptive Hiring Practices: We discovered the firm "double-hired" a candidate we had paid for in full. This individual was found to be working multiple jobs simultaneously, including for competing companies within our city. * Lack of Accountability and Integrity: When these issues were raised, the firm refused to provide a full refund and instead blamed our team for the failed placement. They take zero accountability for their process. * Misleading Process: The firm was not transparent about its processes and misrepresented the quality of its applicants, which resulted in a significant waste of our time and resources. While the team members themselves were pleasant, they ultimately failed to deliver. You would be better off hiring directly. Please be wary and look elsewhere.

Hi David, We’re honestly surprised to read this, especially given the history of your account with us. We placed two hires for you. When you weren’t satisfied with the first candidate, we honored our replacement policy immediately and provided a new hire at no additional cost. That replacement was working and delivering before further concerns were raised months later. To address the vetting claim, every candidate we present goes through resume screening, a recorded video introduction, structured HR interviews, skill verification, and assessments when required. We don’t send unvetted applicants. In your case, both hires went through that same process before you approved and onboarded them. The concern about “double hiring” was only brought up after the candidate had already been working. Once you shared your concerns, you chose to terminate both hires and end the contract. Although we did not fully agree with how the situation was characterized, we still issued a refund to close things respectfully and professionally. We take accountability seriously, and we also stand by the work we did on your behalf. We encourage you to to review our other client feedback, which reflects long-term, successful placements and positive experiences working with our team. Not every partnership is the right fit, and that’s okay. We genuinely wish you the best moving forward.
