Great bit of kit “BUT” impossible to connect to apple home just wouldn’t find it only way to connect it with voice commands is with alexia through the car Remootio needs to put a button on the CarPlay to open and close gates/garage door’s This would of got a 5 star if it had this, it needs to be done in this day n age where using your phone while driving is illegal

The door opener works well and almost straight out of the box. But I do have an issue with Alexa not recognising if the door is opened or shut when asking to. There is no support or contact address to ask for help. Which made my experience not a 5-star rate.

I already have a smart garage door opener, but it doesn't work with CarPlay (or Alexa). Remootio is supposed to work with my opener (Chamberlain w/MyQ) but it doesn't. However, tech support was able to show me how to do a simple bypass and now it works great! Tech support is a little slow (one question/answer per day) so it took a few days to work out the problem, but I'm now a happy camper. Thanks!

Once installed it seems to work nice and as it should. Client service is excellent. Had to reinstall an older router (Asus 68U), as I had some issues with a tp link repeater. Works at 90%, has issues with Google screens, speakers work fine. The App. Seems a bit complicated at the start, but you get used to it. If you only work with the app. this system is really worth it.

Dear Christian, We are sorry to hear about the issue. Please let us know your order number at [email protected] and we'll send you the missing piece. By the way have you checked the bottom of the box below the paper insert? The power adapters are located there. We look forward to hearing from you. Also, contacting us via email (at [email protected]) is a better way of communicating with us than leaving a one star review on TrustPilot.
