Device output terminal did not work out of the box.
I received this device but to my great disappointment it had a fault out of the box. I am an electrical engineer and with a bit of fault finding worked out what the issue was. Please be aware that this might be an issue with other devices in your inventory. The output terminals were not connected to relay contacts. On closer inspection of the circuit board, I could see this came about because the Terminal block solder pads had lifted of the circuit board thus breaking the electrical connection with the output contacts of the relay. I unsoldered and fixed this and now it works as expected.
