I ordered two bottles of scotch from Remedy Liquor online. For one of the two, they sent me completely the wrong product. The website showed a more expensive, hard to find bottle, and what they sent me was a cheaper, much easier to find bottle. It was from the same company, but an entirely different product line. I emailed them to point out the issue and they told me that they would do nothing because the website states "packaging may vary." This is not a difference in packaging - it's a completely different product, That's my last order from Remedy Liquor!

Stay away from this online store! Their customer service Sucks!!! I never received my order and contacted the store to help me because they sold me a protection plan, however they contacted FedEx and received some response from them. However I never accepted any packages and signatures FedEx provided were fake. I understand that the store is mot liable for a carrier, but they chose them as their shipping option and also I was almost forced to buy a protection plan. The bottom line is this store is not customer oriented.

Terrible experience buying online. First order shipped fine, but the next order I placed on 5/1 and have had no updates. They are using an AI customer service platform (Richpanel) and I've only gotten automated or generated replies. The order hasn't shipped and no human response. Will be submitting a chargeback and hope this review helps someone else.

I ordered a Woodford Reserve Derby 152 bottle of bourbon and requested a $30 engraving "Golden Tempo". It was on the back of the bottle, crooked as well. I have to agree with others. 1 star is too many.

Worst customer service experience and a BIG RED flag for anyone trying to order online with them. First they charge a huge amount on shipping and then will ask for additional insurance to cover for their products. Finally when support is needed they will make excuses to deny any refunds.

I bought insurance for my order, $100 cognac bottle with two glasses. I received the order with a broken glass and I want to return the order. Remedy only offer $10 instead to accept the return. Horrible customer service.

For many years i purchased from Remedy Liquors with only minor problems that were rather quickly resolved. That is no longer the case. The deals are decent but their customer service is horrible. They do not respond to complaints. I had one that was ignored for 4 months although i sent them several requests to respond to me. Finally, I asked my credit card company to do a charge back to try and get their attention. Avoid these guys.

Ordered 4 bottles on line, and was damaged during shipment. Paid the insurance charges offered by remody liquor. Shipment was returned to sender(remody liquor). Was only partially refunded, as said only 3 broken bottles were returned to them. How can that be, they were all broken during shipment. Was charged a restocking fee 5%, the full shipping price, and $15.00 return fee. Unbelievable I didn't receive any of the shipment, and cost me $91.00. Never ever buy from this online store...
