Never received my gel.

Battery life not as advertised. My device did not last even 12 hours on level 4. Band does not stay tight and connected so device is ineffective.

I ordered a reliefband for my granddaughter and it's taking way to long. If my order doesn't come in the next 2 days I want my money back Very unhappy

This company is one of the worst that I have had to deal with. My first issue is that they only give you 14 days to try the product before returning it if it doesn't work for you. As someone who has been prescribed countless nausea medications, I am always skeptical and if a $200 product doesn't work, I definitely want to be able to return it. I had to try and time the shipment perfectly for it to arrive on time for my trip but not too early so that I would have time to return it if it didn't work. It literally came on the night before my flight and each time I messaged customer service they were cold in their responses and not eager to help. As if that part isn't tricky enough, when you do want to return the item they make you pay $15 to return it and make the return process as difficult as possible for you. They also said that when I make the return, it will take at least 4 weeks for it to process. However, if I keep the device, they can give me 30% off what I paid immediately... Make that make sense. I am sure that this product can work for people, the effectiveness is not my issue. Rather, the poor customer service who is more focused on making money off of each customer than having happy customers. The reviews on their own website are incredible because they filter them. I wish I had read these before ordering mine.

HORRIBLE customer service!! Cancelled my order SIX minutes after ordering, wouldn't cancelled. Mailed it back the same day I received it= still waiting over a Month for a refund! They keep coming up with new excuses.

Horrendous customer service- Veho did not deliver the item and the company blames me and tells me to coordinate with Veho, a company that doesn’t respond. How dare a company blame a customer who paid for an item and never received it? I intend on filing a fraud complaint with my bank
