They’re the best. That’s the easiest way to describe the people at Reliable Respiratory. Getting an appointment was quick and painless, the respiratory therapist I spoke to was very knowledgeable and friendly, and quickly helped me choose the right mask and machine. Later on when I needed to switch mask sizes (I’d lost weight since my original fitting) all it took was a quick phone call. Their online payment and reorder system is well made with good UI, and they mail items quickly and in perfect condition. If you have a choice in the matter, definitely pick these folks!

Reliable Respiratory is the best company! My supplies are always on time. They are very nice on the phone and very helpful!!!

They are great about making sure i always have all the supplies I need when I need them. They have always been great about making sure my machine is always working correctly. They are great to work with.

Reliable Respiratory has delivered supplies in a timely fashion; however, the cost of supplies seems very high, but that may be the general cost across the board. I do wish I would get email or text reminders to order new supplies; perhaps I have not set up my account accordingly.

My biggest gripe is that they always send the wrong sized fine allergy filter, despite many requests to correct it. It allows a lot of dust to get into the CPAP from the unsealed area around the edge.
