I have been using this company for my medical supplies and 1 of my items has a low cost and the company says I'm responsible for shipping costs. They said the best way to avoid the shipping cost is to wait until my other item are available to ship and add it that package. What a HEADACHE. They charge my insurance for the products and wanna charge me shipping because of it. If I wait then I wont get my replacements until a later date and that dont work for me. Sounds just like another way for these companies to make money off people. They paid shipping for a 1 TIME ONLY and I have to pay going forward.

I always get what I need always on time very clean, helpful , happy ,would never use any one else .. they are the right people and items for me..

When my mother came home from the hospital, we had no idea about getting her the oxygen she needed. Her hospital and doctors set us up with your company. That is the best thing that could have happened! They are reliable and very fast in delivering replacement tanks, showing someone how to change tubes - just making us feel more relaxed. We have used them for about one year now and would not switch companies - in fact if asked, I give the individual the name and telephone number of Reliable Respiratory. Thank you for letting Mom's caregivers feel good about her care.
