Very prompt with delivery of ordered CPAP supplies after giving my order

I have never worked with such a more unreliable company. Your employees are not only insulting but not trained well at what they do. Doug told me to put my big girl pants on and give it another week of which he had fitted me with a large mask. Obviously way too big for my face. Finally at the insistence of my pulmonologist a representative came out the last day before Medicare pulled the plug and fitted me for a new mask and said pressure was way too high but turned it all the way up and bruised my right ear drum bad where it drained for a week which is documented at Winchester hospital where I have been for the last week and a half.

Have experienced several other equipment vendors and there is simply no comparison. RR people are super helpful and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend. Don't use anyone else!

The products were okay, but after I cancelled they kept charging me...I was also mislead at the beginning as to the costs of the services...she seemed unprofessional and bored...not really pleasant.
