When I ordered, I carefully explained that I live in the country and I have either a shipping address or a mailing address. They said they ship by courier so I gave them that address. I emailed back twice to make sure they understood that they could not mail the product. I needed the product quickly. The next thing I know I get a notice from the mail that it has been mailed and returned it from the post office because it did not have a box number on it. Now they have my money and I have no product.

I ordered a couple of nuts for dishwasher, then I realize that that’s not the part I need. So I canceled the order right away, and they said no you can cancel the order, is already done. Are you kidding me? 10 minutes after and you can cancel something?, go learn from Amazon or other companies. Even the taxes in the invoice were so high, and the shipping was more than two times the price of the nuts. It’s unbelievable. The customer service of this company sucks.

DO NOT BUY HERE! Systemic delays, false promises, and held funds for nearly 2 months. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute disaster of a company with zero respect for their customers or basic business ethics. I placed order #2641290 for a critical appliance part back on August 12. They gladly took my money immediately. Since then, I have been chasing them EVERY SINGLE WEEK for an update: Aug 28: Put off with a generic "priority queue" excuse. Aug 31: Promised they were "awaiting an ETA from the manufacturer". Sept 3: After pushing them again, they casually drop the bomb that the part won't even arrive until the END OF SEPTEMBER. They knew from day one this part was on backorder, yet they chose to hold my $222.13 hostage for almost a month while stringing me along week after week. Because of their misleading communication and stall tactics, I lost a full month during which I could have sourced this part elsewhere. They do not care about your time, they do not care about customer service, and they actively misrepresent stock status. Save yourself the headache, money, and time—do NOT order from Reliable Parts!

More than one hour wait to reach customer service over the phone , still my billing is not corrected,

Received damaged items and not refunded.

A terrible website experience - they don't provide an easy way to enter the shipping address different from their billing address. And even when I had the info correct the first time, they messed it up on the order anyway causing them to cancel the order. When I spent more time on their website setting up my account such that the shipping and billing addresses are clearly correct and then ordered a 2nd time, they cancelled it without any explanation. And when you call them during their business hours, they just have a cryptic message saying they are closed to due unforeseen circumstances or something ridiculous I wasted 2 days on this useless website, and then ordered the same part without any issues on Walmart

Talked with a customer service rep to determine the correct part but of course once I went to pick up the part after waiting 6 weeks and took it home, it was incorrect. Talk about absolutely useless service.

I used to have good experience. Now i called and there 1 800 number goes not work. So I called Coquitlam distribution facility and the first operator had no idea on what i needed even though i bought some of the same years before. Now they redid there operating system and my name was not in there computer. So I did another search after she could not help. Did some more search and I went downstairs and found the numbers I needed. Called the 800 number again and no one answered. So I called the Coquitlam store again and she was rude, sarcastic and obnoxious. She could not follow me spelling my name slowly. And after my business addressee I gave her she told me SHE know how to spell. That is why I left this review.
