Absolutely fantastic service. I bought from them 3 times so far and every single time there was nothing to complain about. Once, the part I received was faulty so I sent them an email about it. A replacement part was at my door the next day, and I didn't have to ship the faulty part back to them. My latest purchase (a Bosch heater pump, ordered on Tuesday) arrived in less than 24 hours after I paid for it online.

Great place to get appliance parts. They had the part I needed. It’s a bit more expensive than online, but it’s not Chinese garbage.
