After yoga and spinning — I was a pro athlete —Kyle at the VA Beach outlet is outstanding. He is from China, and a very good practitioner. Get the 90- minutes. I am extremely injured from political kidnapping, and political kidnapping by medical misdiagnosis. I go after a yoga at Jeanette’s or a fab double- spin over by the Total Wine. Back in the day I could really work- out. But now I am poisoned because I was to be the President. I have 5 years blood sepsis bacteraeium for handling the Supreme Court nominations— I removed the Dean of Harvard Law School on the faculty and was ending the illegal MD and JD monopolies the enemy uses to invade. I had started this important work in Silicon Valley, but was violently forced out by black crime when Condoleeza Rice came to Stanford for the purpose of removing me from the Cabinet. Now the country ended, I was the target of 9/11, and in the Apocalypse, with my inheritance stolen, I stagger from the latest misdiagnosis, hearing news that Trump was likewise pushed into a med- helicopter and med- kidnapped. I was buying a condo from Trump at Columbus Circle before 9/11, I was marrying an NFL ball player. There should be a picture of me going up the Constriction elevator— in Virginia they stole my ID to make a fraudulent arrest. Oprah murdered my mother on a Montecito Gulfstream. My Gulfstream. Virginia in 2013 called me— a professor who reaches across the University at Harvard— ‘ indigent’. My father was why Dallas was created. Biden was med- kidnapped by Harris at Chicago Convention. In 1995 I went with the 9/11 terrorist, an Israeli agent in senate Judiciary, to Harris District Attorney event. She was in San Francisco covering up the black crimes of Condi Rice, there to put blacks into the Presidency and Cabinet in my position. So— if you need relaxation like I need relaxation, and a lawyer is a textbook monopoly and so is the MD trying to psych you for the Faculty, Kyle will at least work the acupuncture points on your feet. You sit in a big chair that ain’t private aviation, but Honeychild, you ain’t the black girl living your life these days now are you. The latest ID theft in the kidnapping that ended this country was 503 Carlisle Herndon Tea Tree massage 1 pm July 19. A black man is outside July 15 7:45 in the bushes with a firearm and taser, pretending to be Loudon County police. I was why OJ killed Nicole, I used to walk past her house on my way back from a late night yoga that got out at 11 pm. Occasionally a no- show at Harvard and just Unlucky? That’s the way they notify the Outaude the Field Nobels. Harvard declared itself a nation foreign to the US Aug 2023 over the Jordan Nobels. Is Jordan the name or do white heiresses being kidnapped in Nobel statistically get violent.

My 95 year old mother ordered a custom chair from Tucson Relax the Back for $5000 but it did not arrive to specifications. The manager Rudy ADMITTED their mistake, but my mother did not want to wait another few months for a replacement. Rudy refused to even give her store credit to purchase an existing one from the showroom so she wouldn’t have to wait. Terrible customer service.

The pillow was awful—definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed. My husband has actually been sleeping with a pillow from another company, but based on the reviews I gave this one a try. I never order from companies without those options, but I missed that this time. So be careful before you buy… $151.27 down the drain, including shipping and tax!

They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced ! Avoid!

Terrible customer service. I bought a $1000 chair in 2023, and when the chair broke recently I was told by Mark Szymanski, the manager, that I had to take it up with the manufacturer and wished me luck. I would not recommend buying anything from the Beaverton store or the Clackamas store.

Buyer beware! This store sells quality products but has terrible cancellation and return policies. I ordered a chair at the end of December and was told it would ship in 1-2 days. In fact it shipped in 6 days and I didn't get a call from the shipping service about delivery for more than a week after it shipped - and after my spinal surgery!! I attempted numerous times on the phone and on email to cancel the order with a Relax the Back employee, only to be told that the chair had been loaded on the truck and there was nothing they could do to remove it - wiich is ridiculous. This chair traveled from CA to NJ and will now be traveling back, at great cost to me and great waste of fuel and time for the shipper. Don't bother with this company - stick with Amazon and get your chair in 2 days, regardless of where you live.

I ordered a massage chair with White Glove delivery. I had to call 5 times just to get it delivered. A kid showed up on the wrong day to deliver it and my neighbors had to help him get it in as he had a dolly with 2 flat tires. He could not put it where I wanted it and left a huge mess from the street to the door saying it was not his problem. I called to complain but was simply ignored. I wll never buy from this company again. Luckily the chair works. I really do not believe that they would fix it as the warranty says after the experience with the people I talked to.

I bought 2 very expensive chairs from Relax the Back. They were telling me, no worries because we have “lifetime warranty” - I guess to justify the price. Well, 10 years later my Delta ZeroGravity Recliner’s locking mechanism stopped working. The company headquarters were absolutely no help. I was told “sorry, the manufacturer went out of business and we cannot help you.” So that’s how much their lifetime warranty is worth. They left me hanging to figure out how to fix my chair. Pretty crappy :-( To replace now a similar chair is $4000-4500.
