I just can’t figure out where I went wrong. I did exactly what I was told to do. Lisa at the Chesterfield MO location said go to the Casper store at the Galleria to test the whole line of Casper so I could be confident in ordering the mattress that would be the right fit. I went to the Galleria several times to be sure and I was sure when I chose the Cloud One. After deciding on the Cloud One I called Lisa to place the order. I should have known to just go through Casper when Lisa told me that Relax the Back didn’t have access to order the frame I wanted. Regardless of all that driving, all that research, all that time to make a careful decision she quoted and ordered The One, a downgrade from the mattress we chose. When I reached out about it she says she doesn’t remember me ever saying Cloud One and her solution is that I pay a $250 difference and let Casper come pick this one up and they will trash it out. So her solution to her mistake is that I pay more and then utilize a greedy American system to just throw away a thousand dollar mattress. I’ll just keep the one I got. Thanks Lisa. Don’t waste your time. Just go to Casper store in Brentwood.

If I could give negative numbers, I would. I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased a mattress(8k!) for my 90 year old parents. Terrible customer service, wanted to exchange for a different mattress and they went completely dark. I finally said I would just like a refund and they stopped responding. I still have the mattress and had to file a dispute with American Express. Shady practices at the Buckhead Atlanta store! Stay away!!!

I ordered the product the product made my knees hurt. They would not return it.

Regarding the San Antonio location.... Their website states that on Monday they open at 10:00. Well, I drove 30 minutes to get there. I arrived at 11:07 and the place was CLOSED! What's up with that? In my opinion, that shows no respect or courtesy for potential customers or those in need of service after the sale. Very poor business practices. Before I left the parking lot, I called the store. I got an answering machine and left "Jeff" a message expressing my displeasure and for him to return my call. Nine hours later, no call. I guess they did open at all or he blew me off. Good luck dealing with this place. Me, I'll be doing my business elsewhere.

Buyer Beware. Purchased a Relax the Back PR150 zero gravity lift chair December 2019. Chair was never "right" but with the pandemic it was very difficult to get service. Relax the back kept advising to "reset" the chair and time after time resetting the chair had less and less effect. Golden Technologies, the manufacturer, pretty much washed their hands of the situation as quickly as possible. At this time, zero gravity position works great, as long as you don't plan to sit up. But if you wish to sit in the chair, the leg lift will go up and down, but the back will not raise above a 30 degree angle off the floor. Reset no longer has any effect. For a $3000 chair what a piece of junk. There are lots of good choices out there. Relax the Back is NOT one of them. i do not believe this model is made anymore, great news for future buyers. i only gave this a one star because i could not give it zero!

I ordered and paid the invoice in full. From Betty at the West Hartford store. I was sent there by Mark the district manager. For four weeks I either was told a story re: the delivery of my new Zero gravity chair. Every story was more of a lie than the previous story. Finally I gave up on my chair and canceled the charge. I have not heard from Relax The Back to date. I have NEVER purchased anything from a retailer with such poor customer service. As Relax the Back Edward Greenberg

My 95 year old mother ordered a custom chair from Tucson Relax the Back for $5000 but it did not arrive to specifications. The manager Rudy ADMITTED their mistake, but my mother did not want to wait another few months for a replacement. Rudy refused to even give her store credit to purchase an existing one from the showroom so she wouldn’t have to wait. Terrible customer service.

The pillow was awful—definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed. My husband has actually been sleeping with a pillow from another company, but based on the reviews I gave this one a try. I never order from companies without those options, but I missed that this time. So be careful before you buy… $151.27 down the drain, including shipping and tax!
