I have great experiences with my coach. Matt guides me through my difficult situation, and also helps me identify some underlying psychological issues. However, I gave it a 4 star because of the software issues that I kept experiencing.

The coaches are very empathetic and helpful. I love how they check in with you from time to time. I also love the option for texting sessions as someone who doesn't like video chat or phone calls.
