They are not mental health professionals, they only go through a simple hiring process and then left to charge a large amount of money to listen to someone upset/depressed and then give you simple cookie cutter "help". They are not licensed by the government in any way nor have any legal oversite. You should go to a professional instead. It costs the same.

Would be better to give zero. Not all is down to the therapist. A lot is due to other person struggling to communicate. The therapist usually took my side, in the sense that she saw the other person was too pessimistic and struggled to even try to communicate, but nonetheless the therapist could be easily swayed by this new age need to give credence to every thought that jumps out of the brain. The therapist was willing to divulge our private conversations with the other person, and took the other person's side once we we were done, as the other person continued to see the therapist 1v1 (highly inappropriate in context). They're not all licensed therapists and that only makes it feel worse. This is Instagram therapy: comfort food.

So disappointed. I spent $115 for my first session, she didn’t give me any tools to use, than when trying to book on my account she sent my by spouse a payment of $1600. We told “Jessa” we were moving and that we are 22 and 26. We don’t have that kind of money. But she kept pushing. Than at 1 in the morning I received texts from Jessa about her open schedule. Like are you guys for real? Trying to take advantage of young adults. SO UPSET with our experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND. After posting this review I get an email stating I now owe $99. WTF

Bumped into this site as a question and answer session in late August, so I thought for $1 would give it a try. Should have been free as the advice was based on falsehoods. Fine. I knew for $1 that the info would be far from stellar to say the least. But what stirred up more consternation was the follow up over a month later into mid October. I was not interested after the trial offer, so I never expected a follow up. Normally, that would be nice . BUT why follow up with me only NOT to respond to any new question(s) I may had?? IF you do NOT CARE in the first place, then cut the bs and do NOT reach out to me again! Relationship hero left a worst impression than what I initially thought of them via the second experience.

I worked with Dani on my own for months and then my boyfriend joined in. We worked with her for 2 years or more and she was amazing and helpful and then one day she was just gone and RH gave us no notice or explanation no matter how many times we asked. It was traumatizing and we both feel abandoned.

I scheduled my introductory session with a coach. She canceled my session 10 minutes before it was supposed to start when I'm trying my hardest to find room in my schedule to get the help I need. For a company that is supposed to help you feel safe and comfortable, this kind of practice is definitely not building trust. I then tried to change coaches to give the company another try in case this was a fluke, but then the company had "technical difficulties" and then tried to charge me double what they charged me for the first coach for the introductory session. I wasted an entire afternoon trying to work with them, but ultimately they didn't want to help me at all. I am deeply disappointed.

I found this company insanely unprofessional! I requested a relationship coach over 40 years of age, as everyone on their site looks 18, and the response I received was this “We are not a matchmaking or dating service.” SERIOUSLY?!? Ask for a relationship coach and get insulted? Nice business model!
