I've been using Relationship Hero for just under a year. It's definitely helped me to navigate quite a few personal and work related issues. Faith and Marie have been of great help throughout and I find that having someone outside of my friends and family to speak to have been immensely helpful as I work on improving ad loving myself more and more each day.

I had Daniela M as my coach and I'll be honest, this is my first time talking to someone about my problems and it is actually unexpected how she understands my situation and help me to figure out what is the right thing to do for myself through step by step guidance. She is indeed understanding and empathetic and ever since following her advice, I did happen to feel better than I did before. I guess sometimes we do know what we want to do but we are too afraid to do it, and with a little understanding and guidance from a professional, things can improve greatly.

Sofia is so sweet! She makes me feel like I can confide in her and she will use what I tell her only to help me. And she has! I feel more confident every session about how to help shape my relationship into a healthy one and Sofia is always encouraging the steps to help get us there. I was uneasy about starting therapy but I would recommend Relationship Hero to anyone who is looking to better not only their relationship but also themselves.
