I have been coached for a couple of months now, and my experience with Relationship Hero and Amelia in particular has been greatly helpful. One noteworthy feature of the experience is the journal. As opposed to a typical once a week documentation of activities for either therapy or coaching with most agencies, RH’s journal provides me capability to document my thoughts and experiences on a 24/7 basis. This is extremely valuable for giving both the coach and me a better understanding of myself. Relationship Hero’s setup, and Amelia’s work are both great and much appreciated.
