Maya has been nothing but wonderful in dealing with the situation going on in my life at the moment. We only had our second session and I already am feeling a little better with how things are going. She is helping me to understand what is going on and the root cause of certain triggers, and is finding a way to help me overcome those hurdles and find a way back to being part of an amazing relationship that was broken off due to these triggers

I really liked my coach. However, I find the way the company operates to be very questionably unethical and is extremely intrusive. It's not stated upfront anywhere except in their fine print in their Recording Policy and a single throwaway line in their Terms of Service ("You agree that your coaching sessions may be recorded by the Company for quality assurance and coach oversight uses."), but EVERYTHING is recorded and accessible to anyone in their company. Each of your session (including video and audio) gets recorded and stored on their cloud and accessible to any staff member. All of your chat messages with your coach are recorded and a staff member can come in anytime to read it, which has happened to me several times. When asked why this is the case and how the data gets used, all they ever give me a generic answer of "we do have the security control in place so there are no exceptions to recording" without ever going into details what the "security controls" are when prompted. For a service that is all about confidentiality, I find this extremely problematic. If you care about your privacy at all, I encourage you to find a different service that doesn't record everything, especially your coaching sessions, and have it all be accessible to any staff member willy-nilly.

Right before I looked online for good therapist, me and my partner where going through some communication issues, and weren’t very sure what to do. But with the help of Amelia and relationship hero, we got back on track to expressing ourselves! I didn’t honestly think I would learn so much about myself in such a short period of time.
