Advice was good but took too long to get there.
I stumbled upon the website after looking at a few options on the internet. I just wanted to bounce some things off about a relationship with a 3rd party for a different insight. The coach seemed knowledgeable. But the value wasn't there for using the chat option. I spent 36 minutes basically getting the coaches advice on one topic and it was something that I already knew. The big issue was the time of typing my questions and then waiting for a reply. It seemed scammy. They offered a phone option that might be much better getting the info across back and forth. I've asked for a refund or a credit to try the phone option. They state a 100% guarantee. I'll update this review with any new info. Update: I received an email from relationship hero this morning and they offered a full refund or a credit to my account to try the phone session. I opted for the phone session with KatieB (whom was the coach I initially chatted with) and it went very well. My issue was too complex to convey over chat It was good to bounce my thoughts and idea's off a non-biased 3rd party. Her recommendations and advice was solid but the real value in my eyes was just listening (good for the soul). I've changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars because of the way they handled my situation. Thanks again and I would use the service again.
