So far, Relationship hero has given me some self confidence in myself and in my relationship goals. I have been taught how to love myself before being able to love others. If I did not find this service, I would continue making the same mistakes over and over.

Wow this was the most horrible experience ever!! They made me pay upfront for a strategy session, that I never got. After a 10 minute chat for an assessment they switched me back-and-forth between two different therapists of which neither could attend me. Then made me wait for over 20 minutes while one became available and when one wasn’t available then they tried to schedule me for an appointment for another day. Which is not what I wanted so I asked for them to give me a refund since they hadn’t issued service. They never confirm refund and told me that they would review and get back to me and it would take 5 to 10 days. It only took five minutes to take my payment and then disappear. I’m going to report to BBB, I think this is a scam!! So disappointed, wasted an hour of my time and they’re supposed to be here to help, no help here!! 😣

Often the refund is available in your account immediately, but it can take 5-10 business days to see your statement update with your card issuer. Since we were experiencing an unusual overflow of clients at the time, our effort to provide realtime availability of coaches for clients like you wasn't adequate. When this happens, we try to make the situation right as best we can. In your case, I've credited your account with a free 60-minute strategy session if you decide to give our service a try.
