I’ve been seeing counsellors for a while and for the first time I feel comfortable enough to share my thoughts and my feelings without being judged. I am dealing with a very complicated situation with my ex and Nya is being essential to help me to go through this process. She’s very supportive and makes me understand better my position in this relationship and gives me strength to face all the problems with my ex. I am understanding him better and we are getting closer as i am understanding both sides with her support. Thank you Nya, I really appreciate your support during this hard moment!

I was doubtful about online chatroom therapy, but I'm actually finding that it's much more insightful and easy for me. I can return to the conversations for reference. I feel freer to express deeper things with that bit of distance. I've been working with Jamie who has read me and my situations quicker in three sessions than I've ever been read in face to face therapy. Traditional therapy isn't a one size fits all. It's also very convenient and comfortable to have a session from your own home, not to mention easier to share deeper troubles from your own space. Highly recommend!

I have only spoken with the coaches twice now and the service was phenomenal! Very friendly from start to finish, they set me up with Kala and she was very reassuring and asked the necessary questions I feel most therapists wont. Ive signed up for the unlimited and while nervous I'm excited to begin this journey.

I love my coach, Natasha. She is very caring/helpful and she knows what she is talking about. It has been a blessing to have met her and coming across this site. I continue to use this site as long as my money is good standing.
