REISift (or in their new name Datasift) is by far the best data management tool for real estate investors, with many great features and new ones added constantly. Only been using it for a couple of months but it's on the way to become one of our most important and useful assets.

Ty Garrett's presentation of the REISift 5-day Training exceeded expectations! He masterfully delivered a significant amount of content and information through very detail-oriented focus, informative and useful guidance of how to apply these real estate investment principles to achieve great success in your business. His teaching method was very open and relatable and easy to follow, interact, and understand. The homework he assigned daily was a brilliant idea as this kept me and my team active in applying what I learned to our business. We look forward to any more training and workshops he may offer.

Cant thank the team enough! As someone who's been bouncing around from program to program, trying to sift through the BS and define my own process, this has been a ground breaking experience. I have yet to feel so confident in my next steps and my REI journey. Glad to be a part of the community and excited for what's to come.

The level of information and insight you get from this course is a game changer! You not only get a marketing plan but you learn how to use an entire built out crm without having to pay 3-5k for it! This challenge was awesome!
