It needs more training the videos don’t cut it

New Experience (10/07/2025 - 3 Star) My previous experience with REI Sift was quite frustrating, as the workflow used to take a long time to update and add items to the list. Because of that, I initially decided to stop using it. However, I recently decided to subscribe again because the features REI Sift offers are unmatched — no other platform provides the same level of functionality. Since returning, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in performance. Tasks are now added to the activity list and completed much faster than before. The new Shift Map is another major highlight. It’s far more intuitive and user-friendly than similar tools offered by other platforms, such as Upstream. I’m genuinely impressed with the overall experience this time. I’ll definitely continue my subscription and share future updates here as I keep using REI Sift. Previous Experience (04/02/2025 - 1 Star) I’ve been using REI Sift for a while now, and I’m really frustrated with how buggy and unclear the platform has become—especially when it comes to filtering and managing records. For example, the zip code search feature often doesn’t work, even when I know the record exists. It seems like there’s a specific (but confusing) way to search by zip—possibly involving a slash or special format—but it’s not straightforward at all, and the existing filters just don’t function properly. Another big issue is with single skip tracing. It requires multiple unnecessary steps. I have to first add a record to a list, then skip trace it from there. Just adding a property to a list takes 4-5 minutes every single time. For adding, I have to go into the shift map, assign it to my account, select the list again, and then wait. The record sits in “processing” or “queuing” for a couple of minutes, and then takes another 2 minutes to finally appear in the list. This has been consistently happening for over a month. I’ve already reported these issues to the REI Sift support team, but unfortunately, nothing has been resolved. The lack of responsiveness and efficiency is really disappointing, especially for a tool that’s supposed to streamline my workflow. Hope this helps someone considering the platform. Right now, it’s just not reliable for me.

It’s… okay… it’s kind of unintuitive to use. Doesn’t connect to mojo dialer. Pretty expensive for an average CRM. Doesn’t seem to be a way to add contacts and separate them from leads. I’m switching to Monday.com.
