These guys are at the top of the game. They have data on everything and can cut your marketing costs without hurting your acquisitions.

I've been through a lot of real estate education — SubTo, Land Profit Generator, various "gurus" — and the DataSift 5 Day Deal Flow Challenge stands out because it's built by people who are actually running the playbook, not just teaching theory. I focus on First to Market / probate acquisitions in the Charlotte, NC metro area, and the challenge's approach to county list building, pendulum theory, and getting to sellers before the competition is directly usable — not recycled generic wholesaling advice. What I appreciated most: it's tactical. Doors-per-deal math, sequential marketing setup, call/text cadence — this is stuff you can implement the same week, not just "mindset" content. I watch the replays rather than attend live, and the material holds up fine that way — it's dense enough to be worth revisiting. If you're serious about probate or niche distress data and want a system rather than a pep talk, this is worth the time.

And my brain is on FIRE in the BEST possible way! 🔥 Ty is an incredible and incredibly patient trainer. It took a LOT of sifting through so many different software platforms to finally land on one where I genuinely feel like I can set my team up for success. But honestly, it’s more than the software for me. I feel like I’ve found a community of people who have been equally frustrated by the same things and are now on the same journey toward finding a better way. You can tell the founders aren’t just building software for the sake of building another widget to sell. They’re building something designed to solve REAL business problems, especially when it comes to marketing without all the unnecessary overhead and wasteful spending. And I think the difference is simple: they’re in the day-to day trenches with us. They understand our needs because they’ve experienced many of the same pain points themselves. There was SO much packed into these five days that I already know I’m going to have to go back and rewatch everything probably more than twice! 😂 But I’m ready. These guys are brilliant. To say they over-delivered wouldn't even do justice to what they poured into attendees. I'm not new - consider myself moderately tech-savvy and have been in the industry for a decade. Hundreds of deals in, running my company's marketing, and I was STILL blown away by how much value they delivered, especially in terms of tech insights and capabilities.
