Many people fail to realize the power of this system. So many either dismiss as another "list stacking" tool or choose not to do minimal research to understand the methodologies behind implementing it. Here are just a few things I love: 1. The software is already great and is CONSTANTLY evolving/improving. No other company will evolve a similar software the way REISift does. Others simply aren't willing to sink the time, money, and energy into it. 2. The methodologies and processes taught are simple, cost saving, and effective. I'm a data guy and process oriented. I was still a mess before REISift. Now I'm constantly getting more efficient with better results. 3. Phone tagging -- This is a GAME CHANGER. Have you ever wondered how many times you've pulled some of the same prospects, then paid to skip those same prospects, then spent time calling those same phone numbers? It's a MAJOR issue. Being able to tag your phone numbers prevents repeat marketing to bad or ineffective numbers. 4. Task Presets and Groups -- Set up tasks that can round robin or get assigned to certain people for a specific interval (days, weeks, etc.). Your team doesn't need to guess what to do. Put a process in place and simply choose the corresponding preset task. 5. Identifying incomplete records (no name, incomplete address, etc.). Now you can easily identify and correct them. 6. Tag EVERYTHING -- With the proper tags, you can gain so much insight into your data. Who have you talked to? How haven't you talked to? When did you talk to them and what was the outcome? What marketing channels and when did you hit them? I go crazy with tags so I can run filters like "this property sold 2 years ago, but it came in on a fresh list. Let's update the owner and put them back in the marketing cycle." 7. Integrations (and more come) for direct mail and phone systems. So many features and practices I could go on about. I've been on the software for 2.5 years after switching from a top competitor. I'm a true believer in REISift.

This is literally the first software ANY & EVERY real estate related business should have in their tech stack. Although it's an incredible crm don't let the "CRM" label deter you from testing it out thinking I already have that (and be ready to quickly realize that you have been missing out this whole time). Their data management features are first in class and can be integrated with any other CRM or software out there. With that said, here are my 3 favorite features: 1) REI sift check ALL MY DATA every month for vacancies. (The money saved from acquiring this data alone is enough to pay for the software) 2) It automatically separates incomplete/business/entities for our team to clean and get better results from our skiptracing. (Must people ignore/exclude this type of date a.k.a. great source of leads with minimal to no competition) 3) Phone tags - this is a game-changer as far as gathering insight from your marketing. Every other software only lets you tag the overall contact/property. Being able to discard a phone (without deleting it to prevent marketing to it again) is just FREGGIN EPIC! Any serious real estate business should master data and REI Sift is the ONLY software that allows you to do so. Give it a shot... trust me, you won't look back.

Best Marketing application out there. Definitely more valuable than the sticker price. I would not trade it for anything. I really love it and it’s applications. It helps me understand my data and there is also courses to help you understand proper sequential marketing.
