Decent software, good training in business and data management. Needs to include more directions/training that isn't video. Include more graphs and non-video education/training/directions. Not everyone learns by video.

Rei Sift is a really great product. Once you learn the systems and process you will be set up for success. There is a learning curve, but once you grasp how great this product is you will be grateful that you went through with it. Highly recommend and the community is amazing!

REISift transformed my business overall allowing me to run at lower margins, less marketing spend and really being niche on my data. Having this platforms with the constant improvements really does give the investor an edge in there market. Running data analysis and being able to see who we're not reaching is a big thing to take advantage of and try to touch base on those prospects we're not able to get a hold of on the phone. From 2020 getting let go from my W2 income and going full time. I was able to utilize REI Sift we we're able to go from 58K in 2020 with top line revenue to ending 2021 with 318.3K in revenue with just myself and a virtual assistant. Couldn't be happier with the solution they provide and will continue to use them with my marketing endeavors. Not only does Tyler Austin have a great system he helped put in place a ALGC (Auto Lead Gen Challenge) so you understand how to work on your business and not only in it. This is the best real estate tool out on the market. I have been in the real estate investment space for over 11 years and this is top notch tool.
