Ordered a shoulder attachment for my ice machine on Jan 2nd because they said 3 to 5 days shipping. I needed it by the 15th for my surgery. It never shipped. Called company and cancelled the order on 1-21. I was told my money would be back in my account by 1-31. Called on 2-3 and was told it would be there by 2-5. On 2-5 I called and once I chose help on an existing order the phone went to a dead line. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to lose money.

I ordered hiking poles from rehab store on 1/06/2024. On 1/17/2024 I received an email stating there was a slight delay (10 days) in shipping my order. I called them with the idea of changing to a different model thinking that they were out to stock. After talking to a representative I came away with the idea that shipping ,not stock was the problem. The representative appeared to be in India so I am not positive of his reply. .I cancelled the order which was done guickly.

Do not under any circumstance order from this terrible company. I have been trying to get my order since 12-21-24 and haven’t gotten any support or finalization of or transaction. The response is always “7 to 10 days”. Please take my advice to heart as this is the absolute most terrible people that I have dealt with. This is a scam!!!!!!!!!

Ordered an ultrasound machine on 11/19. Got the email saying it would be delayed by 10 business days. I followed up on 12/2 asking for a tracking number, and they just send me another email saying it would be delayed by 10 business days, but with no explanation. Went ahead and did a charge back. Do not deal with this company; they are scammers.

Don’t use this company Ordered an item was charged that day on my credit card Received email next day saying it’s on back order and won’t get it for 7-10 business days I called after 10 business about the order only to be fold it’s on back order and possibly would be delivered in another 7-10 days I meediateky cancelled my order and was told it would take 7-10 days to get credit to my account This is an Indian company possibly scammers I’ll post again when and if I get my credit DO NOT PURCHASE Anything from this so called company

Ordered an item that was sold at numerous places, got a minor discount for "signing up". The problem is the next day I got an email saying oh sorry we're having delays it may take an extra 10 business days to ship your product. So I got spammed asking to buy more for the next 2 weeks, then guess what another 10 business days email. Tried to cancel, no response. Had to dispute charge with PayPal. AVOID, this shop. I'm sure they'll say it's a one off occurrence but if you look at others reviews you'll see it's not

Minus one if possible Product ordered and paid for. Never arrived Runaround with so called customer service for weeks October 10 to October 26 Still no product or refund Got the same thing from Amazon in 2 days

Product ordered but never shipped. Still waiting on a refund. Will take it up with my credit card company if it isn't processed in a couple days. Customer service was terrible, unapologetic, and didn't offer any explanation as to why my item never shipped. I agree with the other commenters that this company is a scam.
