At one point 8 went to a 500 page,( this webpage doesn't exist ) which was disconcerting. I saw this product on Amazon, and saw it highly rated, but always try to avoid Amazon, so looked for the Polar store. Never learned where it was coming from, my surgery is only about a week away, so was disconcerting. Not being told anything about when might arrive, I did say needed by 8/15.

Your website is a little clunky and you offered me 10% off my first order and the code that you provided did not work. It said that the items that I was purchasing did not meet criteria. Either give a discount or don't but do not say there is a special offer and then don't honor it.
