I'm grateful you had the Cho pat strap in my size :), however, a window popped up saying that you would give me a 10% discount, but when I got to check out and put in RSTAY 10 it said invalid and then when I put RSTAY10 it said coupon expired. :(

1) I could use either a discount code or my points. This seems unfair. Why not allow us to use both since we earned the points. 2) The website was slow to repsond when trying to add a different shipping address.

Website is not user-friendly. I do not like having to purchase a package of two when I only have use for one item. Business ethics?

Slow cumbersome check out $30 shipping? What does Google have to do with the process??

Your cart and checkout process is completely unmanageable on a mobile device. I had to switch to a computer and it was barely improved on a computer.

Ordered the Metagrip thumb brace. Can't wait to receive it. I was only disappointed in the fact they emailed me a 1st time buyer code, and it was "invalid" when I did order the brace. Nor was expedited shipping available. Nonetheless, I did order.

I was supposed to get 10% off but there was no place to apply it.

The product appears to be just what I need since my knee acts out during and following driving. My only real problem, which is a consequence of the medications, etc I am taking to deal with pain, is that when trying to create an account I tripped myself up a bit due to verify this verify that. Your verifications were colorful and entertaining, but were a bit glaring to someone trying to heal.
