For my purposes (VPS for moderate private use) they offered very fast and good service. Although they are experiencing problems with server availability, they are doing their best to help! Can't say whether their capabilities are suitable for big needs and large amounts of traffic in and out, but if you need an affordable and working VPS for you and your family, I can recommend them!

I honestly don’t know who is leaving positive reviews for this company, because my experience was the complete opposite. In my opinion, this company operates in a very dishonest way. Here are the main problems: They do not offer any trial period, which is important for the issues below. The server performance is terrible. They refuse to issue refunds. Their Refund Policy is written in a vague and misleading way. What happened in my case was this: I added funds to my account through Stripe, and the payment was automatically converted into internal credits. After that, I tried their VPS service, but it was completely unusable for me because the performance was extremely poor. I cancelled the service and requested a refund in less than two hours. At that point, support told me that they could not refund my money because it had already been converted into internal credits. That was their final position. I then spent a long time trying to resolve the issue with a support representative named “Walden Conrad (In Training),” but nothing was solved. In the end, I had to contact my bank and file a dispute. After I provided all the evidence, the bank successfully returned my money. What makes this even worse is that their own Refund Policy appears to support the customer in situations like this. There is a clause mentioning refunds within 14 days, and I submitted my request within the first few hours. Despite that, support kept insisting that a refund was impossible simply because the payment had been converted into internal credits. And do not be reassured by the “In Training” part in the support agent’s title. To me, it looked more like a convenient excuse to shut down the conversation and pressure customers into giving up. I would strongly recommend staying away from this company.

I'm Regxa's user since 2021, I needed VPSs and Web hosting. During this years they provide a very stable services with fair price. They have a very good support team and extended their support team during this years, now they answer support tickets as soon as before. Totally they have all services I need with fair and low price, suggested them to all who need this services.

Everything works, I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now, so far everything is stable.
