They are complete scammers. All the positive reviews are fake. I checked their reviews on Trustpilot and saw that most people had chosen positive ones, with only a few reporting VPS abuse and bans. I chose to trust them. However, a day after I deposited $10 and purchased a VPS, and only installed the operating system without deploying any software, they emailed me saying they detected my VPS triggering an abuse detection, and then it disappeared from my page. How funny! Attempt to contact support resulted in the message that it couldn't be unblocked, and they wouldn't give me a specific reason. This truly taught me never to trust small providers, especially for a 3 star one!

Great service! Way better now. Support client is way better than before and IPs are not changing every 6 months. Now I recommand this provider!

I purchased a VPS in Europe (Warsaw), but initially faced severe performance issues: local network speed was capped around 50–80 Mbps (However, 10 Gbps port promised) and disk write speed dropped to 76 MB/s. On top of that, technical support tickets were repeatedly closing with automated template responses without fixing the underlying issues. However, once the case was escalated to senior support and the infrastructure team, the situation changed completely. Support team took full ownership of the problem. They migrated my VPS instance to a stable UK node, identified and fixed a hypervisor shutdown trigger, waived the relocation fee, and added extra service time for the inconvenience. The new UK server is now completely stable, showing solid network speeds and proper disk I/O performance. I really appreciate the team's willingness to step in, resolve the issue thoroughly, and turn a frustrating start into a great result

The worst service i have ever used in my life, i paid $15 to get a VPS server, it was pending for half hour, then i opened a ticked told them i was supposed to get my server right away, they said we’re out of stock for specific location, for real?, then i told them to refund the money to credit so i can buy a new one, the cancelled order, never refunded my money to account balance told me to way for several business days to receive my money back and buy another server, and after that the support stopped answering to messages too, they’re the worst

SCAMMM ! i bought German VPS . after 12Hours they said they dont have German right now ! i said them ok give me back my money ,. they didnt ! they said i should w8 till they bring german vps
