On top of that, technical support tickets were repeatedly closing with automated template responses without fixing the underlying issues. However, once the case was escalated to senior support and the infrastructure team, the situation changed completely. Support team took full ownership of the problem. They migrated my VPS instance to a stable UK node, identified and fixed a hypervisor shutdown trigger, waived the relocation fee, and added extra service time for the inconvenience. The new UK server is now completely stable, showing solid network speeds and proper disk I/O performance. I really appreciate the team's willingness to step in, resolve the issue thoroughly, and turn a frustrating start into a great result
