NO SURROUND SOUND for Jurassic World. Only sound coming from front of theater, worse than watching TV at home. I asked them if they could fix the sound as soon as the movie started. We could just barely hear "Welcome to Regal..." before the movie started. It was horrible. We spent $70 on 2 tickets and junk food but walked out after the first dino scene with the sailboat. We tried to watch it, but it was just ruining the Jurassic World excitement\experience. This reminds me of a local theater where I grew up that refused to turn on any of the other speakers if they did not meet the minimum ticket sales for that showing. I think we had about 10 people in our showing today.

It’s absolutely insane to give ads AFTER BUYING A TICKET online. I should not spend $20 on a single normal ticket and STILL GET ADS. And on top of that they do not screen the ads at all, two of them were just flat out scams, sponsored by regal.

Earlier this month my wife and I visited the Regal Theaters to enjoy a matinee movie. To our surprise the $11.00 medium popcorn was stale, had a lot of cornels and cold. When we wrote and complained to management, the response was how they pride themselves on providing only the freshest and highest quality refreshments. Also that it was our responsibility to leave our seats, run down to the concession stand, wait in line and ask for another bag of popcorn. As far as missing a portion of the movie, well this is just part of the Regal experience. I have heard (possibly true) that the Regal Transit Theater may be undergoing less than prosperous times. ---It shouldn't come as a surprise. In my opinion, this company is mismanaged from the Regal staff serving what they should have known was stale popcorn up to management.

I ordered a bunch of stuff from them and never got it. I tried reaching them thru every possible way you can over the period of about a month before I got a reply and they said it was delivered so nothing they could do. It wasn't sent to my address and they never provided tracking like they said they would so I have no idea. Will never do business with again

Well I brought my kids to the movies in east greenbush and we got the big boy popcorn and as we are eating it we find hair in the middle of the bucket. I have pictures to prove it!! Yuck!! Nasty!!

They charged me twice for a gift card, 180 total, and never gave me the product! I called, emailed and did the chat and they hung up on me and lied to me repeatedly. Fraudulent company.

I bought a Groupon Regal theater three month pass. I live in Peoria, Illinois. Groupon and Regal advertised that there was a Regal theater near me. The nearest Regal theater is over 100 miles away from me. Groupon told me the deal is nontransferable and nonrefundable. I believe I am a victim of false advertising. I can't use the deal.
