Worst customer service from the Matlock branch in Arlington, TX all the way to the corporate office. Regions sent me an incentive offer for opening up a savings account that required a deposit of $2,000 made within a specific time frame. I transferred the $2,000 from my checking account to the new savings account but Regions rejected that type of deposit stating that it had to be a hand delivered deposit to meet the incentive requirements. Talked to Ramy at the Matlock branch but he was no help at all. I also emailed and sent a letter to both the branch manager and to their corporate office. They never had the decent courtesy to even respond. That alone is a red flag about a banking facility!

Never will I bank with these crooks again. If you ever dispute something they will not help you and will make you pay for whatever you didn’t want. $6700 auto bill and the shop didn’t even fix my truck but made me pay for it. I should sue the regions and the shop they tried to fix my truck but screwed me out of all that money

Poor customer service at the Paul Bryant Drive Regions Drive Through- Tuscaloosa, Alabama Waited for 10 minutes at drive through at the commercial lane. I was the only one in line, and no customers in the bank. No one at the window. Honked my car horn, no one came. Waited another 2 minutes, hit yet call button. Finally someone showed up, no apology, sorry for your wait. Teller left impression that I was bothering her. Apathetic tellers who just don’t care!

Twice this stinking bank blocked my Visa card because of "inactivity" and listening to enough of their BS lies and deception I closed the VISA account along with a personal unsecured credit line. The bank associate was unprofessional, arrogant and rude, which apparently aligns perfectly with Regions customer service philosophy. This institution is despicable beyond belief! To add insult to injury, they reported these account closings which reduced my credit score by 20 points. Perfect timing when my mortgage application was being reviewed by a more reputable lender. Guide yourself accordingly and remember you have been warned!! There is only one thing that I can think of that is any lower than Regions Bank and that is the BELLY OF A REPTILE!

Mike, Regions Branch Manager in Crichton, Mobile AL is racially inappropriate and disrespectful to the elderly Regions Bank: Crichton Branch 2720 SpringHill Ave, Mobile, AL 36607 Phone: (251) 431-8250. On October 28, I scheduled an appointment for myself and my 72-year-old mother to come to the Crichton Branch of Regions Bank. This appointment was scheduled after several phone conversations that exceeded 45 minutes of wait time. Upon arriving at Regions Crichton Branch, I was greeted by Jessica. She was accommodating in trying to make sure we were taken care of. Jessica could not access certain items on her system, so she recommended talking to Mike, the Crichton Branch manager. Mike clearly expressed that he did not have enough time to help my 72-year-old mother and me. He stated that it was close to his time to get off and that we needed to schedule another appointment for a later date. He did not specify the date. I called back on October 29, and I was told that Mike was out of the office and would not be back until Monday, November 1, 2021. My mother and I returned to the bank on November 2, 2021. We talked to Jessica, who was again very pleasant and helpful, and she told us to have a seat, and she would get the manager, Mike. Mike comes out of his office and says to us, "Sit down over here, and I'll be with y'all in a minute." Mike walked around, maybe went to the restroom or something. However, he took a while. When he returned, he stated, "You can go sit down in my office." Mike asked my mother, "What can I help you with?" as if he did not know why we were there. Before my mother could explain why we were there, Mike threw his hand at my mother, who struggled slightly with her speech. Mike aggressively stated, "I'm not opening an account for you, and you can leave!" He was telling me to leave. My mother stood up to leave as well. I told Mike that he had not heard our situation yet and asked why he was telling us to leave." My mother and I had expressed how disrespectful Mike was, and Mike responded by telling us, "Y'all both can get out of here." I said, "Not until you resolve our issue, and besides, we are wasting a lot of time coming here and not getting anything done." Mike mumbled something that sounded like, "N-word-ers!" I asked him, "What did you say?" Mike stated, "Get out of here before I call the cops!" My mother is 72 years old and using a cane for mobility. She was not able to move fast enough for Mike, so he called the police. As we were walking out of the building, Mike continued to follow us. Once we were in our vehicle, Mike continued to walk out onto Bay Shore Drive near the Springhill intersection. Mike continued to speak at us at the streetlight at the corner of Bayshore and Springhill Ave. Mike's actions were immensely disrespectful to me and especially to my elderly mother. Mike, you will be hearing from my attorney.

They ripped me off for $700! They were so nice and offered so much until I actually opened the account and asked for the incentive that I signed up (and had to jump through hoops) for. They refused to give me my money so I immediately closed the account and they stole what little was left in my account as “an early termination fee”. I’ve heard many stories about their shady business practices since I closed my account so I’m happy that I found out before I lost more money.

The Cartersville branch is a horrible place to go to for any banking needs. Every time I have been since Covid started their computers have been down. I wait in drive thru line for 30 minutes or longer. When you walk in it’s still a 15-20 minute wait. One running drive thru of 3 lanes. One at counter. One just walking around doing absolutely nothing. There’s no reason it should take so long in a drive thru line. Get the computers fixed.
